ESIP offers, in partnership with CESINE — Escuela Universitaria de Negocios, Comunicación & Diseño, a Spanish higher education institution with over 30 years of history, member of Groupe EDH and the EFMD network of the world's leading business schools, based in Santander — a BA (Hons) in International Business Management structured around an integrated 2+1 pathway.
This Top-Up programme is designed for students who have already completed a minimum of 120 ECTS (including level 5 studies) and wish to acquire strategic and operational mastery of international business management within a resolutely multicultural environment. The programme was developed in collaboration with international business managers and consultants to create hands-on learning experiences grounded in real-world situations. It covers 7 structured modules: Leadership and Innovation, Geopolitics Strategy and International Business, International Trade and Commerce, Global Digital Marketing and Sales, Cross-Cultural Management, Sustainable Business Start Up Project and an applied research Dissertation. Upon completion of this year, students are awarded 60 ECTS at level 6.
The first two years take place on the ESIP campus in Pondicherry, in alignment with CESINE's pedagogical standards. Pondicherry's Franco-Indian environment provides from day one a directly relevant observation and intercultural immersion ground for international business careers. The third year — 30 to 37 weeks — takes place on the Santander campus, within a student community drawn from over 20 nationalities, supported by over 2,500 company partnerships and a faculty composed exclusively of active industry professionals. Expert masterclasses and conferences enrich the programme throughout the year.
The qualification awarded is the BA (Hons) International Business Management from London Metropolitan University, fully recognised within the European Higher Education Area and providing access to Master's and Doctoral programmes. An MBA in International Management is available upon application. ESIP provides local academic coordination and student support throughout the programme.
