In partnership with ESSCA School of Management, ESIP offers one of the most rigorous and most recognized programs in the landscape of French business schools: the Grande École Program, leading to a five-year degree (Bac+5) officially conferring the Master’s grade — a distinction that only 10 post-secondary business schools in France are authorized to award.

This is not just another program. It is a complete pathway, designed to train managers capable of operating internationally from their very first position.

A two-stage journey, across two continents.

The first two years take place in Pondicherry, at the heart of the ESIP campus. These foundational years are years of grounding: grounding in the fundamentals of management, in a demanding academic culture, and in a unique multicultural environment — that of a city rooted both in India and in French-speaking history. Students build their intellectual foundation, methodological rigor, and openness to the world.

The following three years take place in France, on ESSCA’s Angers campus — the school’s historic campus, founded in 1909, which welcomes several thousand students from around the world each year. These three years cover advanced management studies, progressive specialization, and internships in companies, in France and internationally. They lead to the ESSCA Grande École degree, a Bac+5 qualification officially conferring the Master’s grade.
