Weekly Timetable — Monday to Friday
Every module from A1.1 through C2.2 is offered in all four daily slots. Attend your usual slot, or sit in on any other slot that week to make up a missed class — no fixed single batch, no falling behind.

Regular Course — From 17 Years Old
Each level is made up of modules taken in sequence. Every module runs 70 hours over 8 weeks and is offered in all four daily slots.
On completing the final module of a level, students are prepared to sit the corresponding DELF or DALF examination.

All figures are GST-inclusive final amounts. DELF / DALF examination registration and fees are separate and are paid directly to the examining body — they are not charged by, or included in, ESIP's course fee.

Admission Requirements
- One passport-size photograph.
- Copy of a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card / Voter ID / Passport).
- Completed application form together with the applicable course fee.
- Fees may be paid by UPI, card, or direct bank transfer.
- A placement test is mandatory for any applicant who is not a complete beginner, and for any student returning after a gap of more than two months.

Rules & Regulations
- 01Seats per batch are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 02A batch will commence only once the minimum required number of students has enrolled.
- 03A minimum of 80% class attendance is required to sit the end-of-level test. A student scoring below 50 marks will be required to repeat the same module.
- 04Students returning after a break of six months or more must take a placement test before continuing.
- 05Batch changes are permitted only on written request with a valid reason, subject to seat availability and the applicable transfer fee.
- 06No refund is available once classes have commenced. For cancellations before classes begin, a refund may be issued on written request, subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the course fee.
- 07Students must carry their ESIP student ID card on campus and produce it whenever required.
- 08ESIP reserves the right to cancel an admission in case of indiscipline.
- 09Classes are conducted in person on campus. All details are subject to change without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions
By signing this form, the applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions in full.
Fees & Payment
- 1.Course fees, once paid, are non-transferable to another individual.
- 2.ESIP reserves the right to revise fees for future modules/levels without notice; the fee for an already-enrolled module remains unchanged.
- 3.Cheque/UPI/card payment failures or chargebacks will attract a penalty of Rs. [amount to be confirmed] and may result in suspension of classes until cleared.
Classes & Liability
- 4.ESIP shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of classes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (natural calamity, government orders, strikes, pandemic, power/internet failure, etc.).
No refund shall be payable for classes missed due to such events; make-up sessions may be offered at ESIP's discretion. - 5.ESIP reserves the right to change faculty, class schedule, syllabus, or teaching methodology at its discretion without prior notice.
- 6.Successful completion of a module does not guarantee a pass in the DELF/DALF examination, which is conducted and assessed independently by the examining body.
- 7.ESIP shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damage to person or property occurring on its premises, except where caused by proven gross negligence of the institute.
Conduct & Discipline
- 8.The applicant, or parent/guardian if the applicant is a minor, agrees to indemnify ESIP against any claim arising from the applicant's misconduct on campus.
- 9.Ragging, harassment, or misconduct towards staff or students will result in immediate termination of admission without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- 10.ESIP's decision on disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.
Data, Privacy & Communication
- 11.The applicant consents to ESIP using their name, photograph, and testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes (brochures, website, social media), unless objected to in writing at the time of admission.
- 12.Personal data provided will be used only for admission, communication, and record-keeping purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection law.
- 13.The applicant consents to receive SMS, email, and WhatsApp communication from ESIP regarding classes, fees, and offers.
Minors
- 14.For applicants below 18 years of age, this form must be countersigned by a parent or legal guardian, who shall be jointly responsible for compliance with all terms.
Dispute Resolution & General
- 15.Any dispute arising out of this admission shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Puducherry.
- 16.Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion or mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
- 17.ESIP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time; the version in force on the date of admission shall apply, and continued attendance constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
- 18.This form, once signed, constitutes a binding agreement between the applicant and M/s Nashidev India Pvt Ltd, trading as École Supérieure Internationale de Puducherry (“ESIP India”).
