Roland Mohan

As Director of External Partnerships, Roland Mohan brings to ESIP a solid international background at the intersection of finance, consulting, executive search, business strategy, and higher education. He helps develop, structure, and strengthen high-value partnerships by building concrete bridges between ESIP, academic institutions, businesses, and influential networks, in support of the school’s visibility and growth. He spent twelve years at Rothschild and Banque Paribas, working in information systems, banking audit, and inspection. This first stage of his career gave him a strong foundation in rigor, analysis, and structured decision-making. He then moved into international recruitment consulting, leading assignments across the United States, Australia, Asia, and Europe for major groups. He notably managed recruitment projects for Michelin-starred chef Christophe Dufossé in Chengdu, as well as strategic advisory assignments for leading luxury hospitality institutions such as Le Bristol and Lutetia MGallery in France and abroad. This experience strengthened his ability to identify the right stakeholders, build valuable connections, and support projects in demanding and multicultural environments. In 1992, he founded and led several international executive search firms before specializing in inclusive finance and corporate strategy. Since the 2010s, he has also been involved in higher education initiatives, particularly through HPI Consulting Group, where he contributed to the development of educational programs for Collège LaSalle campuses in Montreal, Morocco, and Senegal within a dual-degree framework. He has also taught in several institutions, including EPITA, ESC Paris, Collège LaSalle, and EMLV – Léonard de Vinci School of Management. Through this background and his combined academic and international perspective, Roland Mohan brings to ESIP a concrete ability to strengthen institutional relationships, open new cooperation opportunities, and support the school’s positioning within a dynamic of excellence and long-term development.
