Mustapha Karki

Mustapha Karki's academic background combines mastery of economic sciences with in-depth training in education. Holding a Master's degree in Economics, he has further built his expertise through a Business Certificate from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), a University Diploma in Pedagogy from INSPE Caen, and a Master's degree in Inclusive Education Sciences. This combination — uncommon in international higher education — gives him the capacity to design rigorous academic programmes directly connected to professional realities, while remaining accessible to learners of diverse backgrounds and learning profiles. His professional experience was built in some of the most demanding contexts within the French international education network. As an Economics teacher at the Lycée Français de Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he worked in a highly multicultural environment where the diversity of cultural backgrounds, academic references, and prior learning levels is not a constraint to be managed but the central material of the pedagogical act. This experience shaped an approach grounded in disciplinary rigour, active learner engagement, and the deliberate construction of collective dynamics that support individual performance. His teaching method draws consistently on digital and multimedia tools, encourages student initiative, and promotes collaborative project-based work. Mustapha Karki places high standards and the drive for self-surpassing at the core of his practice, holding that genuine potential is revealed and developed through sustained exposure to demanding expectations. At ESIP, Mustapha Karki leads academic programme design and oversight. In this capacity, he is responsible for the pedagogical coherence of the full programme portfolio, the alignment with the academic frameworks of ESIP's institutional partners — ESSCA School of Management and Groupe EDH — and the quality of the assessment and student support mechanisms put in place for each cohort. His role also ensures that every programme delivered at ESIP translates, in concrete and measurable terms, the employability promise that defines the school's identity.
