Hassan Mehrez is an agrégé professor in management sciences, specialising in management and change management, with a degree from the agrégation at Université Paris-Dauphine. His academic background combines law, economics and management sciences, complemented by two Master's degrees — one in economic and social sciences at ENS Lyon, the other in digital learning engineering at the Université de Rennes 1 — alongside certifications in change management and partnership management.
For over twenty years, he has taught in demanding programmes across business schools, engineering schools and universities, including ESDES, ISG, ICS and ISEFAC. Co-author of several reference textbooks published by Foucher and Ellipses, he brings a pedagogical approach that consistently connects academic thinking with concrete business case analysis, preparing students for multicultural and international environments.
Since 2014, he has participated in the organisation and facilitation of the Entretiens Enseignants-Entreprises at École Polytechnique, alongside Melchior and the Institut de l'Entreprise, moderating exchanges between academics, economists and business leaders on major strategic themes — growth, globalisation, transitions, risks and opportunities. He also serves on national competition juries and as an academic mission officer.
At ESIP, Hassan Mehrez teaches business and corporate strategy, management and change management, international marketing and offer adaptation, and human resources management. His courses place students at the heart of the decisions that shape organisations: how to define and deploy a strategy, lead a transformation, adapt an offer to international markets and manage talent in multicultural environments. A rigorous, directly operational programme in service of an ambitious international career in management or business.
