Dr. Annie Theresa holds a doctorate in Education and English and three postgraduate degrees in English Literature, History and Education. Her exceptional academic background is matched by over forty years of hands-on experience in teaching, academic leadership and curriculum development, across India and the UAE. Throughout her distinguished career, she has accompanied learners from school to university level across varied multicultural and multilingual contexts, developing engaging learning environments, promoting academic excellence and mentoring both students and educators. Her expertise spans curriculum design, innovative pedagogy and professional development for educational teams. Her core pedagogical conviction — that language learning must be alive, grounded in reality and oriented toward professional use — is directly at the heart of the ESIP Language Studio's mission.
